Oii gente
this week was good, besides my family all being in Cabo without me.
God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers.
10 months!
double digits, time is flying.
I know it'll be over before I know it. makes me sad.
I love Brazil and I love spending my days talking about Jesus Christ with everyone I meet.
my back hurts, it's either super-hot or pouring rain, my ankles are scarred of bug bites, my feet are callused, I miss carpet and my car, but there has never been a time of my life as sacred or special as it is now.
-this week I found a shop that carries American bath and body works.
these workers had no idea who had just walked in.
-at our fav açaí shop, they have this new flavor called diet. apparently diet flavor means laxative infused. 😶
-this week we had a family at church for their second time in a row! the closing hymn was "Families can be Together Forever." 🤍
this week was Mother's Day! dia das mães 🫂💗🌸
my mom is an angel on this earth
genuinely, I don't know what I did to deserve her as my mom but I'm so grateful. let's be real, anyone who knows Natalie Copeland wants her, too.
no one here knows my mom, my comps, the members, friends we're teaching and every time I try to describe her, my words just always come short. like right now trying to describe how special my mom is, my words will always come short.
she goes above and beyond to make every person around her feel special. and they do.
she's always been a whisper in my ear to be a peacemaker, a good friend, and disciple of Christ.
